I LOVE to help men and women reconnect back to their authentic, powerful selves through Sound Therapy and Meditation. My focus for the last 8 years has shifted somewhat from the stressful corporate world into the realms of the health and wellness space.
I’ve been in long-term Retail Management Roles for the last 25 years. During this time I have mastered the art of listening and cultivated deep long-standing relationships within my career path.
There are many techniques I use within Sound Therapy. Such as balancing energy centres, and your bio field. Ancestral clearing, trauma release, emotional release and more.
The shifts that sound creates are very powerful, yet subtle. Leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, empowered and more aware. Ready to move forward to wherever you feel called to.

I have a Bachelor of Sports Science, am an Elementum Certified Coach (Trauma-informed), a certified Integrative Health Practitioner, am certified in DiSC Behavioural Profiling, and am studying Diploma of Counselling. I have spent the last 20 years in financial leadership roles, managing teams all over the world.
For the last 5 years I’ve been honing my craft and studying with some of the best coaches and health experts in the industry so that I can support people to heal themselves and be free of anything that’s holding them back.
