Meet your facilitators:
We’re Brooke Sheridan and Linda Li and we lead this retreat from lived experience, not theory.
Between us, we’ve moved through major life transitions across relationships, career, money, and identity. We know what it’s like to appear capable and successful on the outside while quietly feeling stuck, stretched, or unsure what direction life is asking you to move in next.
Brooke brings deep expertise in subconscious change, embodiment, and nervous system work. Her approach supports people to release old patterns, recalibrate their inner world, and create change that feels grounded and sustainable. Linda brings years of experience working with high-performing individuals, helping them gain clarity, trust their instincts, and make value-led decisions in love, work, and life.
Joining us for this retreat is Conor Sheridan, who will be facilitating the breathwork and sound healing. Conor’s work is deeply grounded, body-based, and transformative. Having rebuilt his own life from the ground up, he brings a rare blend of strength, safety, and emotional intelligence. His sessions support you to release stored stress, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner steadiness in a way that feels powerful, not overwhelming.
Together, we’ve intentionally designed a life with more love, space, choice, and abundance, not by pushing harder or fixing ourselves, but by slowing down, telling the truth, and choosing differently.
